In order to request your visa invitation letter, it is mandatory to be registered for the event.


Once registered, first log into your customer profile: LOGIN


Then, click on "My Invitation letter for visa":



In the following step, select the event/order in question and then "Request visa letter" :



You will then be able to fill out your personal details and then "submit" and download:
